100kW Sirius Microwave Plasma Torch generates high-temperature steam plasma for a wide array of industrial applications. Precisely controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), it enhances chemical reactions, improves heat transfer efficiency, and provides innovative solutions to challenges in energy, environmental management, and material processing. The Sirius steam plasma generator is highly versatile, compatible with diatomic gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide, as well as with biogas, methane, and steam. Key applications include waste treatment, the abatement of hazardous substances, and syngas generation through gasification.
Real-world operation: Sirius system delivers up to 100kW of heat to superheated steam at 170°C which enters the torch at flow rates between 50 and 120 lbs per hour. The steam exists the torch at an average temperature of up to 3,000°C while the core plasma temperature inside the torch exceeds 6,000°C. Under these extreme conditions, chemical reactions and material heating are significantly accelerated. Examples include hydrogen rich syngas production in gasifiers, dissociation of PFAS and other toxic molecules, and waste vitrification. The entire system is managed through an advanced control panel that ensures reliable operation, delivers real-time analytics, and features an intuitive user interface accessible via iPhone and iPad devices.
